Żabka store in POINT.44

Żabka will soon open another store in the POINT.44 business park at Puławska 44D street in Piaseczno.

A chain of small convenience stores, known throughout Poland, will locate its newest store in Piaseczno, in a detached building belonging to the POINT.44 complex. Żabka will occupy a premises with an area of ​​220 sq m, and customers will have 9 parking spaces at their disposal. Currently, works are underway to prepare the building for the new tenant, the completion of which is planned for mid-2022.

POINT.44 is a three-storey A-class commercial, service and office building, located at Puławska 44D street in Piaseczno. The facility was built by Real Management S.A. commissioned to use in March 2020. This concept stands out on the Piaseczno map with a mix of tenants with an offer intended for sports and adrenaline enthusiasts. To the tenants of POINT.44, including Europe’s largest motorcycle showroom, Liberty Motors, also belongs the Total Fitness sports club, AirBike bike salon and service, and Dalmec, an Italian manufacturer of industrial manipulators. In December 2021, the building was sold to the MNK Partners fund.

Park POINT.44 offers a total of over 5,700 sq m. lease area. It is characterized by elegant and modern architecture, direct exhibition and access from Puławska Street. This location allows for quick and convenient access by car from both Piaseczno and Warsaw. There are two above-ground car parks for customers, couriers and suppliers with a total of 67 parking spaces, and an underground car park with 82 parking spaces for tenants.
