The first phase of Good Point V with BREEAM certification at Excellent level

Two buildings completed as part of the first phase of Good Point V, a state-of-the-art warehouse and production park and an investment by Real Management S.A., have received the final BREEAM International New Construction V6 certificate at the Excellent level.

The Good Point V complex was designed in accordance with the ESG principles, and meets the highest quality and safety standards. Owing to the implementation of innovative solutions, Halls no. 1 and 4 have received BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level; the investment scored 75.3% for the Post Construction Assessment stage. The evaluation was based on the environmental friendliness of the buildings and the level of comfort provided to their occupants. The BREEAM certification also confirms that Good Point V achieves lower utility costs and that its operation is associated with reduced environmental impact. Hence, this helps create a comfortable and healthy workplace.

During certification, Good Point V scored particularly high in categories related to project and construction process management, energy efficiency, water and sewage management, waste management or emission reduction solutions. Bremer was the general contractor for the project, and JWA advised on the certification process.

The BREEAM Excellent certificate for the first phase of the Good Point V complex is the best proof of our commitment to developing properties that comply with the highest standards of sustainable construction. We are proud to be able to create facilities that not only meet the needs of rapidly growing businesses but are also environmentally and user-friendly. To guarantee the highest level of our activities, we have developed a Green Standard for Warehouse Buildings. This project follows the Green Standard and so will our next investments,’ said Eliza Wielgus, Asset Manager, Real Management S.A.

The Good Point V warehouse and production park is a complex that will ultimately consist of buildings with a total area of 30,000 sqm. of space. Two buildings have been completed as part of the first phase of this project and have been commissioned for use. At the end of July 2024, Dr Irena Eris S.A., one of Poland’s leading cosmetics manufacturers, moved into Hall no. 1. What is more, in early August 2024, the space in Hall no. 4 was handed over to Sales Service Sp. z o.o.

The entire complex is scheduled for completion in Q1 2025. This is when OEX Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in delivering logistics services for the e-commerce sector as well as loyalty programmes and POS materials, will move into Good Point V.

The park is located in Łubna, which is well connected to Warsaw (via Puławska street) due to the proximity of state road no. 79 and an interchange in Góra Kalwaria.
