A historic tenement house in Lublin will go into the hands of a private entrepreneur

Real Management S.A. has sold a historic tenement house at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 34, which has been in the company’s portfolio since 2012. The building with an area of approximately 1750 sq m of high-quality office and retail space is 100% commercialized.

The tenement house has three above-ground and one underground storey. The elegant and modern offices are located on the ground floor and on the 1st and 2nd floor. On level -1 there is a training centre for one of the tenants with conference rooms, training rooms, a fitness room, a relaxation area and a 100-meter kitchen with a dining room. At the front of the building, there are commercial and service premises that have large windows with direct exposure to the promenade.

Historically, the building consisted of a front tenement house and three outbuildings, accessed by the front gate at Krakowskie Przedmieście and a courtyard in the middle of the property. Maintaining the historic character, during a thorough renovation in 2010-2012, the surface was connected with a glass roof, and a glass ceiling was added between the ground floor and the first floor in 2020, thanks to which daylight reaches the -1 level.
