Real Management S.A. has sold a plot intended for the construction of a shopping center

Real Management S.A. finalized the sale of an investment area intended for the construction of a shopping center, located in Baniocha near Łubna, on the national road no. 79 connecting Warsaw, Piaseczno and Góra Kalwaria.

The sale of the project is the result of the implementation of the Real Management group’s strategy, consisting in converting the existing real estate portfolio into an increase in the scale of implementation of development projects in the logistics and housing area. The company’s goals for the next 4 years are the construction of 350,000 sq m of modern warehouse space and 44,000 sq m of residential space, the construction and sale of which will start this year.
