Real Management S.A. focus on the development of the GoodPoint magazine brand
Real Management S.A., an investment and development company unites its warehouse properties under the brand – GoodPoint and announces the implementation of warehouse and technological projects with a total area of 350,000 sq m.
Real Management S.A. will focus on the development of its portfolio in two segments: industrial real estate – warehouse and technology for the life & science sector, and residential. The first step in implementing this strategy is to unite all warehouse projects under the GoodPoint brand and implement three new projects in this category.
– Our goal within four years is the implementation of warehouse and technological projects with a total area of 350,000 sq m. worth €220 million – says Marcin Malka, president of Real Management S.A. – We are currently preparing three GoodPoint Puławska V logistics centers in Łubna / Góra Kalwaria, GoodPoint Karczew in Karczew near Otwock and GoodPoint Słubice for implementation. The total area of these investments is over 170,000 sq m.
Among the industrial and technological investments carried out so far by Real Management S.A. there are large-scale facilities, small city warehouses and BTS buildings: GoodPoint Puławska I, II, III and IV, GoodPoint Łyszkowice, GoodPoint Łubna, Bolero Office Point II built for UL International. The company’s portfolio in the BTS category also includes the Canal Plus building, since 2011.
