Canal+ office building with new amenities

Additional parking spaces and a parcel locker are among f the new amenities introduced by Real Management S.A. at Warsaw’s Canal+ headquarters.

The owner of the uniquely recognisable plus-shaped building at 9 Sikorskiego Avenue, Real Management S.A. has completed work on making available 55 new above-ground parking spaces for the tenant, Canal+ Polska. In addition, the first week of December saw the installation of an InPost parcel locker in front of the building. Parcel collection become much easier for the employees of the building’s tenant, perfectly in time for the pre-Christmas period.

An outdoor smoking room has also appeared on the list of new amenities implemented in recent months by Real Management S.A.

Located in the district of Mokotów, the Canal + building is widely recognised by many Warsaw residents both because of its shape and the antenna park located on the roof, illuminated in many colours after sunset. The class A office building offers 7,360 sq m of office space for lease. The 7 above-ground floors host offices, TV studios and an advanced broadcasting centre. The ground floor features a client service point, and a car park for 137 vehicles occupies the three underground levels. Built in 2007, the building has been owned by Real Property 4 (a subsidiary of Real Management S.A.) since 2011. It is rented to Canal + Polska under a long-term contract.
