85% of houses sold in the first stage of Neo Natolin development
Property development group Real Management S.A. has already sold 85% of the houses in the first stage of Neo Natolin, a development of high-end semi-detached single-family houses. The project is being developed in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, on ul. Korbońskiego. The first stage of the estate will be completed as early as July 2024.
Property development group Real Management S.A. has noted a lot of interest in the Neo Natolin residential project, now being developed in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, ever since the start of the construction in early 2023. Several months prior to completion of the first stage of the development, which will consist of 84 residential units with a usable floor space of 17,000 m2, 85% of the houses have been sold. The second and third stages of the development will consist of 120 residential units totalling 28,000 m2 of usable floor space.

Neo Natolin is a Warsaw estate of high-end semi-detached single-family houses.
