The first construction stage of the Good Point V warehouse and production park with an occupancy permit
Two of the three buildings under construction as part of the state-of-the-art Good Point V warehouse and production park, an investment by Real Management, have been granted occupancy permits. The entire complex located in Łubna is scheduled for completion in Q1 2025.
Good Point V, an investment by the Real Management Group, is a modern warehouse and production park which will ultimately consist of three buildings with a total warehouse area of 30,000 sq m. At the end of July 2024, two buildings (Hall 1 and Hall 4), erected as part of the first stage of this project, received occupancy permits.
Hall 1, leased by Dr Irena Eris S.A., one of Poland’s leading cosmetics manufacturers, has recently been put into operation.
‘Obtaining the occupancy permit for the first stage of the Good Point V warehouse and production park (Hall 1 and Hall 4) is a key phase of the investment. Good Point V is a space created with attention to the highest standards and designed to meet the requirements of even the most demanding tenants. We are pleased that Dr Irena Eris is already using the new space which we have prepared with utmost care and attention. The entire complex is scheduled for completion in Q1 2025. We are very glad that already now, in less than nine months since the construction process began, we can offer our customers modern space for warehouse and manufacturing operations,’ said Marcin Malka, CEO at Real Management S.A.
The Good Point V complex has been designed with the ESG principles in mind, and meets the highest quality and safety standards. Real Management S.A. has also worked out a Green Standard for Warehouse Buildings, deployed in the investment process, complementing the company’s ESG strategy.
The Good Point V project has been designed in accordance with the rules of sustainable development, green building principles, and will be BREEAM certified at the Excellent level.
