NEO Natolin is an estate of 200 single-family houses, which will be built on a 36.5 hectare plot in Natolin.

In the first stage of the investment, 84 single-family houses will be built. Each house will have its own plot of land ranging from 750 to 1000 sq m, which allows to plan 70 percent of the biologically active area. The buildings will be connected by garages, and the architectural solutions will provide distance from the residential part, i.e. living rooms, bedrooms.
