Real Management S.A. with a new villa project
The estate of 300 single-family houses will be built on a 36.5-hectare land in southern Warsaw. The first phase of 84 houses will take place in 2022.
Warsaw will gain a new villa estate located at Korbońskiego Street in Waraw’s Natolin. This investment by Real Management S.A. will consist of 300 single-family houses as well as road, service and recreational infrastructure. The land for the investment was purchased by the company in the second quarter of 2021.
In the first phase, the implementation of which will start in 2022, Real Management S.A. will build 84 semi-detached houses connected by garages. Customers will have a choice of two types of houses with a usable area of 190 sq m or 230 sq m. Each of them will be located on a large plot of 750 to 1000 sq m.
– This is a project that has stood out in recent years in terms of single-family housing. The estate will be built in the vicinity of beautiful green areas – Kabacki Forest and Natolin Park, rich in old trees and with an interesting topography. We wanted future residents of our villas to feel this closeness to nature at every step, which is why each house will have a large garden, and 70% of the biologically active area will guarantee a friendly and green space. All this in a place with excellent communication with the city centre, close to the metro station and other public transport options – says Marcin Malka, President of the Management Board of Real Management S.A.
The estate, designed by the renowned architectural studio APA Wojciechowski, will be distinguished by elegant, modern architecture, solutions ensuring privacy of neighbouring families and numerous amenities. The land development plan provides for relaxation zones, places to spend time together, playgrounds for children, alleys, ponds and nooks with small architecture. In the next phases of the investment implementation, Real Management S.A. also plans to build multi-family buildings, schools, parks and cultural institutions. The investment in Natolin is the third single-family housing project in the company’s portfolio. Real Management has already completed the Rezydencje Chojnów project covering 30 houses and Rezydencje Pałacowa consisting of48 luxury buildings.
