Dr Irena Eris Cosmetic Laboratory extends lease at Good Point Łubna

One of Poland’s largest cosmetics manufacturer, Laboratorium Kosmetyczne Dr Irena Eris has extended its lease agreement for warehouse space at Good Point Łubna.

A contract for the lease of 2,500 sq m warehouse space was extended for another long-term period. Dr Irena Eris Cosmetic Laboratory uses the space in Good Point Łubna as both a warehouse and a bonded warehouse.

Good Point Łubna is a warehouse, office and exhibition complex, located in Łubna near Piaseczno (ca. 15km from Warsaw city limits). The complex consists of a warehouse section with an area of approximately 4,500 sq m. and the office/services/exhibition part with an area of approximately 2,000 sq m spread across two floors. Real Management S.A. acquired the complex in 2010.
