AirBike opens at POINT.44

Professional bicycle shop chain AirBike opened a new showroom and repair shop in Piaseczno’s POINT.44 in January.

Since January 2021, clients at Park POINT.44 are welcome to use services of AirBike, a Warsaw-based chain offering cyclists professional equipment and repair services. The newly opened store takes up nearly 800 sq m of commercial space on the ground floor and first floor of the building.

With repair services handling eight bikes simultaneously, combined with a bike wash station, the workshop takes up 150 sq m of the ground floor.

– Floor 1 hosts a showroom and two BG Fit studios, where bikes are adjusted to fully accommodate their owners’ needs and skills, for better cycling performance. Our offices are there as well, alongside a professional recording studio where our Social Media videos are produced – says Mikołaj Pytel, AirBike CEO.

The new AirBike showroom offers bicycles and accessories from leading brands such as Specialized, Trek or Pinarello. Clients can trade in their bicycles in exchange for a new or used one.

A full range of repair services is available, combined with bike fitting, i.e. professional preparation of equipment for competitions. The facility also features a rental shop, offering bicycles, trainers and travel cases for bikes.

POINT.44 is a three-storey, class A, office-retail-service building located at 44D Puławska street in Piaseczno. Developed by Real Management S.A., it was commissioned in March 2020. It hosts the largest Liberty Motors showroom in Europe (at 3,000 sq m), a Total Fitness club and the Ltec Sp. z o.o. offices. Two further units remain available for new tenants: a 300 sq m ground-floor unit, facing Puławska street and a separate 220 sq m restaurant building with a drive-through.

In total, POINT.44 offers over 5,700 sq m of rental area. The building has an elegant and modern architectural style, direct exposure and access from Puławska street. Its location allows for quick and convenient access by car from both Piaseczno and Warsaw. The project contains two parking lots providing 67 spaces for customers, couriers and suppliers, and an underground garage providing 82 parking spaces for tenants.
