UL International Polska up and running at Bolero Office Point 2
UL International Polska sp z o.o., a tenant at Bolero Office Point 2 (a technological and office building, commissioned in June 2020), to showcase their new research center.
The newest addition to Warsaw’s Bolero Office Park complex has been rented in full by UL International Polska Sp. z o.o. (UL), a company providing testing, inspection and certification services necessary for launching electric, electronic and battery products on global markets. With approx. 4,000 sq m of modern technological and office space, the entire building has been converted into the tenant’s new research and certification centres, servicing UL’s clients from across the whole world.
The building had been designed and developed by Real Management S.A. to specifically meet the needs of UL. The development saw the use of numerous technological and quality solutions, key to fulfilling the requirements of a research centre. The new laboratory will enable the tenant to test mid-sized batteries and accumulators used in consumer and medical products, ITE equipment, consumer electronics, medical and laboratory equipment, as well as industrial control equipment.
Bolero Office Point 2 is a three-story class A technological and office building at Równoległa 4 street in Warsaw. The building’s three floors cover a total of 2,013 sq m of floor space. The laboratory section covers 1,725 sq m and features 6 m high ceilings. A parking lot by the building provides space for up to 60 cars. Architecturally, BOP2 is a simple shape with a glass façade, referring to the style of Bolero Office Park’s first building. Similar to Bolero Office Point 1, the lobby features an exposed, spiral staircase. The nearby WKD train station enables quick and comfortable access to the city centre, while the vicinity of an international airport and outbound roads will surely be appreciated by companies that often send their employees on business trips. The building is owned by Bolero Investments 2 Sp. z o.o., a company belonging to the Real Management S.A. holding. The building has been designed by Architekci Dawidczyk & Partnerzy architectural company.
