Good Point Puławska is a Class A building with: clear height 10m, capacity of ceilings above market standards – 6 tons per 1 m2, 12 mx 24 m column grid and the sprinkler system – ESFR , non-dusting, jointless floor, hydraulic docks fully equipped , lighting intensity – 200 Lux (for empty warehouse) , Crawford hydraulic docks (6T) with bumpers and gaskets, level 0 gates , Power supply for the entire facility: 300 kW., Hydrant installation in offices and in the hall, external hydrant installation powered from a sprinkler system. Lightning protection – by Polish standards , parking spots for articulated lorries.

Good Point Puławska is located south of Warsaw, 24 km from the city center and 17 km from the recently opened beltway connecting with the A2 motorway.
The property is located in Warsaw’s 2nd industrial zone, the largest logistics sub-market in Poland with over 1.7 million m² of modern warehouse space
Good Point Puławska is located on the southern outskirts of Warsaw in Łubna, which belongs to the Piaseczno industrial area within the Warsaw agglomeration. In 2010, this area was placed 1st in the Forbes plebiscite “the best city to invest” in the category small towns.
The Piaseczno logistics area reflects excellent long-term turnout, above the average in Warsaw.
Good Point Puławska is also located not far from the trunk road No. 50 (the main transit bypass of Warsaw), enabling fast passage through the Vistula in Góra Kalwaria towards the planned S17 expressway and further towards the road junction on the S7 expressway.
